Terms & Conditions: Web3 Merch by Kagea

  1. Invite-only trial. The Kagea merch store is currently running as an invite-only trial for Token2049. During the trial, orders can only be placed with a valid invite code issued by Kagea; the store is not open for general purchase. These terms apply to every order, both free promotional orders and paid orders.
  2. Made to order. Every item is custom-printed with your artwork after your order is confirmed: once payment is completed for a paid order, or once checkout is completed with a valid code for a promotional order. Because each piece is personalised, all orders are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once your order is placed, we send you an order confirmation in the Kagea Telegram bot and to the email address you entered at checkout. Please check it and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.
  3. Your artwork. By uploading a logo or artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and print it. Do not upload artwork you do not have the rights to. Artwork that is offensive, unlawful or infringes anyone else's rights will be refused. We use your artwork solely to produce your order and do not resell or redistribute it.
  4. Artwork files. For the best print quality, upload a PNG with a transparent background or a vector file. JPG is also accepted. Artwork should be at least 1000 px on its shortest side. In Telegram, send your artwork as a file, not as a photo, so that it is not compressed.
  5. Artwork review. We check every artwork file before printing. If your artwork needs a better file or changes, or cannot be accepted, Kagea may contact you through the Kagea Telegram bot, your Telegram account, or the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. Your order may be put on hold until a suitable file is provided, or cancelled. A paid order cancelled for this reason is refunded; for a promotional order, the code may be reinstated at Kagea's discretion.
  6. Previews. Product previews are AI-generated and indicative only. The finished item may differ from the preview in colour, size, placement and detail.
  7. Kagea brand mark. Every item carries a small Kagea brand mark printed at a fixed location: on the sleeve of sweaters, on the lower front of t-shirts near the side hem, and in a bottom corner of the face of pickleball paddles. The brand mark is part of every product; it cannot be customised, moved or removed, and it may not be shown in previews. You may also order an item without your own artwork (no custom logo); it then carries only the Kagea brand mark.
  8. Pricing & payment. Item prices and your order total are shown before you check out. Checkout, including for free promotional orders, is hosted by Stripe; payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders placed with a valid promotion code are free of charge, as set out in the Token2049 Promotion Terms below.
  9. Shipping. During the current trial we ship only to addresses in the following Asian destinations: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and the Philippines. This list may change during the trial; the countries shown at checkout prevail. Delivery is limited to destinations within our fulfilment partner's international shipping coverage; orders to addresses it cannot deliver to may be refused or cancelled. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. A tracking number is sent once your order ships.
  10. Sustainability. We source from suppliers selected for sustainability and environmental care, and print on demand to avoid overproduction and waste.
  11. Damaged / defective items. If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order ID (KGA-…) for a replacement or, for paid orders, a refund.
  12. Privacy. We store only what we need to fulfil your order: your selection, your artwork, your shipping address and your contact details (name, phone number and email address). We use them only to produce, ship and follow up on your order, including contacting you about your artwork. We do not sell your data.
  13. Contact. Questions or concerns? Message the Kagea merch bot on Telegram or email [email protected], and include your order ID (KGA-…) in any correspondence.

Token2049 Promotion Terms

  1. Promoter & period. This promotion is run by Kagea. It runs from launch until 31 October 2026, 23:59 SGT (GMT+8). Codes not redeemed by then expire automatically.
  2. Invite only. Codes are issued at Kagea's sole discretion. A maximum of 20 codes will be issued. Limit of one (1) code per person and per Telegram account. During the trial, orders can only be placed with a valid code (see Invite-only trial).
  3. What a code covers. Each code entitles the holder to one (1) custom merchandise item in a single checkout, free of charge including standard shipping. Codes are single use: once a free order has been completed with a code, it is no longer valid. A code cannot be combined with additional items, other offers or discounts.
  4. Personal & non-transferable. A code is bound to the Telegram account that first submits it. Codes may not be shared, resold, published or traded. Codes that are shared, transferred or improperly obtained may be voided without notice.
  5. No cash value. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.
  6. Shipping. Promotional orders ship only to addresses in the following Asian destinations: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and the Philippines.   7. Order acceptance. Kagea reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify any order at its sole discretion and for any reason, including uploaded artwork that is infringing, offensive or unprintable, and stock, production or shipping limitations.
  8. Your artwork & previews. The general terms on your artwork, artwork files, artwork review and previews apply to promotional orders. If your artwork needs a better file or changes, Kagea may contact you and put your free order on hold until a suitable file is provided. If your artwork is rejected and the order is cancelled, your code may be reinstated at Kagea's discretion. Previews are AI-generated and indicative; the final product may differ slightly in colour, size and placement. Promotional items also carry the Kagea brand mark, and may be ordered without your own artwork.
  9. Production, delivery & returns. Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange, except for manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery.
  10. Your data. Your name, shipping address, phone number and contact details are used solely to fulfil and follow up on your order.
  11. Changes & final decisions. Kagea may modify, suspend or end the promotion at any time, and may void codes in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Kagea's decisions regarding the promotion are final.
  12. Relationship to these terms. These promotion terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions above. If they conflict on any matter relating to the promotion, these promotion terms prevail.
